HEC GeoRAS

I used GeoRAS to do my preprocessing (cut cross sections etc.) for a floodplain model. When I went to do the post processing my bounding polygon was mapping incorrectly (it didn't go out to the extents of the endpoints of the cross sections) and the water surface tin was wrong (huge negative numbers in the -1x10^32 range). Does anyone have an idea as to how I could fix this problem? I am running HEC-Ras 3.0 using ArcView 3.2a on windows NT.
