Error Loading Output Data

I have Hec-Ras version 3.0 installed on my windows 98 computer. Recently when I try and issue the Water Surface Profile - View Profiles command it gives me the following RAS Error:

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program, but it still has this error. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Most probably there is nothing wrong with your computer. The parametrs
you have loaded in your model, can not calculate a logical prfile and
the programs just terminates. Try inputing very low flow data into your
river model, because most probably you are getting illogical water
surface elevations. You are getting exagerated values since probably
your flow data can not occur in such a constrain river reach.
