3D Plot - Banks Reversed

I have set up a new model in RAS 3.0.1. When I do the 3-D multiple cross section plot, the line connecting tops of banks crosses over left to right for the first two cross sections. If I delete the sections, it does the same to the new first two sections. If I interpolate sections between them, it straightens out the plot. Is this just a graphics glitch, or is there something wrong in my model?
