HEC-GeoRAS for ArcView?
As far as I know, Arc GIS 8.0 (The main program for Arc Info 8.0)
doesn`t support Avenue Language Sintax, which is the programing language
for GeoRAS and GeoHMS extensions for Arc View and Arc Info.

I hope the upgrades will come sooner.
