Depth Varying Velocities

Dear Posters,

I am trying to simulate a looped network where a flow-through marina is branching off a main river. My initial marina model was using stage and velocity from the river and just simulating flow through the marina. I am now having to go back and add the river, create a looped network and re run the model. My problem is and it might have an easy solution. The velocity data in the river is tidally reversing and decreases with depth. Can I, in HECRAS input varying velocity data as related to depth within a 29' deep riverine system?
