Check-RAS Error

One of our engineers is getting an error message when he uses Check-RAS to extract data from a HEC-RAS report. I've checked all the solutions listed on FEMA's website and nothing has helped. He has successfully used the program in this manner in the past but now, when he opens a project and clicks "Extract", an error message "GetReportData()" appears.

We've tried generating the report multiple times but the same result occurs every time.

I've never used the software so I'm not able to offer much help. I'm hoping someone here can shed some light on a solution.
