HECRAS Georeference

Hi List,
I have some cross-sections digitized from the scanned georeferenced image.
Thus giving the correct x,y co-ordinates. Now the task is to associate these lines with thier respective Station, Elevation ASCII files.

In other words make the digitized 2D lines into 3D lines and thus create a TIN.

Any suggestions and Ideas.
