I'm trying to create a simulation, with unsteady flow data, and i'm using pre-existent geometric data from a previous steady flow simulation, and for that i had to change the cross-sections and river stations from it's old reach locations, in order to have the reach transitions in the stations where i want to input the boundary conditions of the unsteady flow data. The only way i found to do that was by editing the same station at another reach, and paste there the information that was on that station but in the old reach.After this i eliminated the stations at it's old reach location.Until this point everything was fine, but then i saw that the cross section coordinates had no data, although they appear at it's correct location in the schematic, and the profiles are correctly inserted, i started doubting if i will have problems in future calculations using this "manipulated" geometric data.
If someone out there know any other way of doing this ( relocate reach transitions), please give me some help.
