How to Importing Realtime Stream Data in HEC RAS

Dear All,
I want to import the real time stream flow data or as a matter of fact any data available on USGS or similar site, into HEC RAS.

Any information in this regard in appreciated.

I have HECDSSvue..is it of any help?

Please guide me.

you may use DSSUTL,
it is a DOS programm by HEC to modify DSS file in batch mode,
tell me if you have any problem I have already worked with DSSUTL,
