Problem of Installing GeoRas in ArcGis

I have a problem of installing GeoRas in Arc Gis.
I installed Arc first, and then followed the instructions when installing HecGeoRas.

But I did not get the box with HecGeoRas in TOOLs when chossing Customize in Arc.

Afterwards I see in chapter 1 of Instructions Notes that ApFramework should be installed for ArcGis.

Does this mean that first install Ap Framework (before Arc), the Arc and so MSXML, XML and at last HecGeoRas.

Hope someone can help me with this

You must have ArcGIS installed.
Then install ApFramework
Then MSXML
Then XML Data Exchange Tools
Then GeoRAS

The GeoRAS install will automatically register the toolbar with ArcGIS.

Make sure you are an admin when installing.
