How to model Drop structure V.2

Regarding the attached file, my stream has drop structures.
This has prohibited the process from running completely.
I supposed it was because there was a sudden change in water
level, so I added some weirs so as to solve it. Unfortunately, it
didn't helped. If anyone here has encountered this problem or knows how to solve it, please suggest me. I really appreciate every help.
