Geometry Importation Problems

I just finished modeling a new bridge and wanted to use the same cross sections, plus a couple of new ones for the existing conditions. I was able to import the geometry OK, but when I tried to run the program, I recieved an error message that said the boundary conditions were not there. I could see the XS on the Geometry Editor Screen, but when I clicked on the XS toolbar button, they were not there. I could right click on the XS on the screen, and the XS editor would open showing the XS. I believe the problem is that the importation is wiping out the data file and there is a missing link in the program. Has anyone else experienced this?

My two options are to copy the info from the other file into Excel and reload it into this database, or to start over with EaglePoint.
