xyz data into HEC-RAS

I have a set of xyz data in .txt or .xls format. Is it possible for me to import this geo-referenced data into HEC-RAS? If so , How?

Help would be greatly appreciated.

Atif

Re: xyz data into HEC-RAS

You would have to process it in ArcGIS and then use GeoRAS to turn it into a geometry file.

Otherwise, you can cut and paste manually.
