Applying Hydrigraph To Control Sectio
I want to apply the full hydrograph to a control section. Which Data Card should I USe ?

You apparently are in the wrong section, my friend. HEC-RAS does not use any cards. You should be seeking help in HEC-1 or HEC-2 forums.
