Modeling Weir

Sorry I'm a starter in using HEC-RAS.
Is it possible to model an inline structure like a weir with a fixed Water surface to discharge relation?

Add a rating curve to a normal cross section.

Under the cross section Data editor, go to the Options menu, select "Add a Rating Curve" and the then enter the water surface to discharge relationship.
