3D and duplicates points in HEC-GeoRas

Everything works well in HEC-GeoRas...I had no error message...but I find this weird when streamcenterline3D and crosssection3D are create. Its look strange, the lines are not straight (like 2D) but are doing some "zig zag" thing ( variation in x and y...not only in z like I think it suppose to do..no? don't know if you see what I mean..??) and when you look in the attribute table, the shape length change (2D and 3D). When I export my file in HEC-RAS I have a lot of duplicates points in each section...
