HEC-RAS modelling:submerged hydraulic jump

hello sir,
i have been facing some problems in simulation of submerged hydraulic jump.
So, can i simulate it using HEC-RAS? if not is there any other software for this?

i knw i will hav to..
but i was looking for sm softwares..n i was trying that in HEC-RAS. But didn't get through.As i will hav to code that in C/C++ n get the required profile...but if there wud be one software it wud be easy for me...
