error compute HECrass 4 sediment analisis

hey guys,

i have problem to compute sediment analisis in hecrass 4, when i start to compute, the Hecrass error will shown "River "swaka" reach "1" RS=76 - has a zero flow value"... i has check my data in "quasi unsteady flow" and i find all complete , i use "flow series" for upstream boundary condition n "normal depth" for downstream boundary condition, and the temperature is 25 C. all data in steady flow is complete and i can run it.

i have no idea about this problem, so hope u can tell me the solution.
