Hec Ras in meandering rivers

HI ALL
I am sadiq a student for degree of doctor in water resources engineering and my theisis about a flood wave in meandering rivers. i am use Hec Ras 3.13 to route a flood during a river and calculate the effect of meander in river on the stage and discharge of flood wave along the river in study area. my question about how can i measured a LOB and ROB for the meandering river.
