Adding a new river reach to an existing reach with parameters already coded

Is it possible to add a new reach to an existing reach that has its parameters ( e.g. cross sections, length etc) already coded?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Do you mean connect a new reach with a junction? Or make a current reach longer? You can do both. Importing a geometry file into an existing geometry file is an option you might want to look into.

Thanks for your response Jarvus. I mean connecting a new reach with a junction to an existing ditch. I will try your method. Thanks again.

Jarvus:
I did import a geometry file into an existing geometry file but I still cannot connect the imported geometry to the existing geometry through a junction. The imported reach only appends to the upstream or downstream node. Can you please show me how to join the imported geometry to a junction? Thanks for your help.
