Runtime error '6', Overflow?

I've just installed HEC-RAS 4.0 and am trying to import a csv file using the new option given with this newer version. Everytime I go to import my csv file it gives this error message and exits out of the program.

The csv file is quite large and I've tried several different options, including resaving the file with only a little data (one cross section) and it still shows the same error. I'm attempting to use the X,Y,Z function as opposed to the Station, Elevation function. My csv file is in the format of Number, Northing, Easting, and Elevation.

Is this a bug in the new version or am I missing something?
