Sediment Analysis Error

I have tried numerous times to run a sediment analysis for a geometry plan that I have modeled in HEC-RAS. It keeps giving me the message "Run-time error '9': Subscript out of Range". I have checked and rechecked all of my inputs and cannot figure out why the program keeps crashing. I have uninstalled and reinstalled HEC-RAS 4.0 twice now. A few facts:

1. Geometry plan that is initially (2) reaches that join together to form one reach. All reaches have different names.
2. I have (2) separate flow series for both beginning reaches and a stage series for the last cross-section of the single end reach. All flow durations and computational increments are in 24 hrs. I also have a temperature file in 24 durations. The number of ordinates are all the same for the quasi-flow file and the sediment file.
3. I have a sediment file that matches the ordinates with the quasi-flow file. All inputs seem to be correct.

I have successfully ran this model with various steady-state flows and have gotten no program errors (other than the warnings and summaries) to date.

Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.
