Unstable for initial iteration

This is the error message I receive when I trie to run an unsteady modelation of a 5 reach system with 2 junctions. It's a 3 reach streams with 2 tributaries. The principal stream is very complex with lots of hydraulic structures but before adding this two tributaries, which are not as complex as the first, the model runned very well. I keep getting this message after trying everything I imagined to remove the inestability so if someone can help me I will appreciate, any idea will be welcomed.

Thanks.

You may need to increase your minimum and initial flows to make sure that the junctions are not dry at the beginning of the simulation.
