Adding Sediment boundary locations in HEC RAS 4

Can any one tell me how to add internal sediment boundary locations in HEC RAS 4.
when i try to use the available option in Sediment data editor it doesn't responding and
I couldn't add.
Is it a bug?...
Kindly give me ur suggestions

Hi guys!
I think this is a bug of the code, since I tried in any ways to add a new sediment boundaru location and it doesn't work!
