I was wondering if someone can help me in solving the problem of builting a continuous pier (web wall) in HEC-RAS for scour analysis purposes. I am working on a bridge crossing where the width of the crossing is 45 feet. It has only one bent and the pier is a web wall (depth along creek = 45 feet). Do you know if there is a way to built up a scour model for such a bent in HEC-RAS?
