Exporting GIS coverages

how would you be able to export cross-section coverages so you could modify a particular map

In RiverCAD or RMS, switch to the GIS Module. Then, select GIS | Export | Define GIS Coverages. You will be able to define the coverages that you want to export out. Then, select OK. Then, to export the GIS data, select GIS | Export | Generate GIS Coverages. The software will create a subdirectory in the same folder that contains the drawing file, with a name the same as the drawing file. Then, it will save the shapefiles for these different coverages into this folder.
