Can't see cross-sections on topo view

I have imported a hec-ras project file and everything works fine except the cross sections are not showing up on the topo view. Is there a way to turn the layer on or something.

thanks

Re: Can't see cross-sections on topo view

Dear Paul :

Note that you need to "link" the HEC-RAS cross-sections back to the topo map. You can do that using the Topo Link command.

Select the cross-section that you want to link back to the topo map as the current cross-section. Then, make certain you are viewing the topo map where the cross-section is to be linked back to. Then, select Input | Ground Geometry | Topo Link. Then, trace on the topo map where the HEC-RAS cross-section was surveyed or cut.

Note that if you do not locate the cross-section in exactly the correct location, you can use the Move Topo Link Line and Rotate Topo Link Line commands (in the Input | Ground Geometry menu) to adjust the cross-section location.

If you have any additional questions or need any further information, please contact me again.
