Resizing cross section grids

I am having a problem dealing with the cross-section grid layout. On a few of my sections, the line denoting the section topography extends below the bottom of the grid lines. Because of this the program will not let me select the portions of the channel as they are "outside the grid". I have tried re-cutting these sections as well as altering the grid configuration to some extent. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Select Input | Cross Sections | Resize Grid (or Resize All Grids) will resize the cross section grid so that it includes all of your cross section geometry.
