Fatal Errors

Hi,

I have been having trouble with RiverCAD shutting down after I try to envoke the edit Cross-Section Geometry command. The command line in ACAD returns Error: Exception Occurred 0XC000005 and the Fatal Error dialogue box says the following.

Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0x0184 Exception at 61655670h.

I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing fatal errors while using this command in RiverCAD.

I have the latest build on my machine.

I have not heard of any problems. Can you send me your drawing file so I can try to reproduce the problem here? Send it as a ZIP file so I know that it is intact.

I am also having a fatal error every time I try to add horizontal roughness for each cross section.

Yesterday, the project I had saved would not open. I got a fatal error every time I tried to open it, so I had to create a whole new one.

Are there any solutions or patches?

Hi Jennifer,

Your problem seems unlikely, but if you are still having this problem, you could download the latest version of RiverCAD XP from our website.

If still the problem persists with the latest version of RiverCAD XP, please do send us your project file.
