Floodplain Map Results

Floodplain map results do not plot surface area in accordance with opstructions and openings ie. areas where the flood level is below an obstruction, roadway or to teh side of levees are still being ploted beyond these boundaries.

However, flood levels are correctly indicated on cross sections.

What could the problem be?

Hard to tell without seeing your drawing file. Note taht I had a similar problem with a clients file, and he had some contours that were at the wrong elevation. Once we fixed this, the floodplain map was fine.

Perhaps send me the file to look at.
