Floodpline mapping

I used the downstream water surface elevation as D/S control and ran the RiverCAD XP HEC-RAS analysis. The defined watersurface elevation was not plotted onto the downstream cross-section. The floodplain mapping also did NOT extend to the downstream section. it stopped at one cross-section up from the downstream cross-section.
