USGS DEM question

Hello, can anyone inform me whether I can cut cross-sections directly off of usgs dem points after importing them into RiverCAD? Thank you in advance.

Yes. You need to have RiverCAD generate the contours while in the DEM Module first. Then, you need to identify the layer(s) that need to be used as elevation data. Then, you will be able to cut cross sections from the contours.
