In order to plot the encroachments on the cross sections, you need to plot the water surface. Select Output | Cross Section Results. Then, select the profile(s) that you want plotted. The first profile is the natural conditions (non-encroached) and second (and subsequent) profiles show the encroached edge of water. There is not a vertical line drawn for encroachment locations, but you can easily see where the encroachment locations are based upon where the edge of water ends.
To plot both the unencroached and encroached edge of water, you need to check the first and second profiles, and the results for both will be plotted.
