HEC-2 conversion

I have been having a difficult time converting two HEC-2 files into HEC-RAS projects. I have just tried using RiverCAD, and was again unsuccessful in reading the geometry in HEC-RAS after the conversion.
I have also never used HEC-2, and am not sure if these data files are functioning.
