Cross-section Station Labels

When I first created cross-section using the automatic cutting tool, I had the cross-sections created using the centerline of the channel. After the sections were created, the stream alignment was moved for design purposes. I had to revise the topo for several cross-sections.

Now when I recut cross-sections, the cross-sections do not match for the portion of the cross-section on the right side of the centerline (stationing is off).

Also, if I delete these selected cross-sections and use the trace cut line tool to re-cut the same cross-sections, then the cross-sections are now correct, but the stationing is not based on centerline, but labeled from left to right. Is there an easy way to re-label the cross-section stationing to match the stationing as generated in Auto Cut method?

Thanks!

First, make certain you have the latest release of RiverCAD XP if you are using that. However, note that we have improved this command, as well as added some additional support commands in RiverCAD Professional. You can download RiverCAD Professional from the RiverCAD download page.

I do have the latest version of RiverCAD XP. I have tried to download the RiverCAD Pro, but when I asked about the upgrade cost it was 50% of a new purchase. At this time that is a bit too steep for the company budget.

Note that the upgrade fee is a fixed cost, not 50% of the original purchase. Perhaps your orginal purchase did not include many of the available modules in RiverCAD.
