HECRAS SNET analysis program fails to run (Windows Version only)

The Windows Version of BOSS RMS relies on a SNET.PIF
program information file to instruct Microsoft Windows
in what subdirectory the HECRAS SNET.EXE analysis
program resides in. If the SNET.PIF file does not
accurately represent where this file exists, the
analysis program SNET.EXE will fail to run.

To correct this problem, simply run the Windows PIF
Editor program, load the SNET.PIF file, and then
modify the subdirectory path to represent where
SNET.EXE is contained.
