Problem with the culvert routine in BOSS RMS

I noticed a problem with the culvert routine in BOSS
RMS. The culvert dialog box does not allow you to
enter different inverts for the different barrels.
When you change the invert of one barrel, the inverts
and all the barrels change. I am not using the latest
version of RMS (the one Mr. Liang had sent me) because
there is still a problem with trying to open the
culvert dialog box when I use that version.

This is not a bug. It turns out that in a culvert group all of the inverts must be the same. This is a limitation of the HEC-RAS analysis engine. If you have culverts at other inverts, then you need to define an additional culvert group.
