topo link command

I am trying to find a shorter way to access the topo link command in
RiverCad.* What is the keyword for it? Also, is it on a palette, or can
I place that command on a custom palette?

Note that there is not a way to access this command directly. However,
we will add this to our feature list. We will be implementing more
extensive and automated topo link commands in the future.
