Dear Eric McDaniel :
Note that LDD does not like RMS. Autodesk tries to cripple outside applications with LDD. The best way to work with LDD and RMS, is to have 2 shortcuts to AutoCAD--one for LDD and one for straight AutoCAD. When you install RMS 2000, it sets up a shortcut to the plain AutoCAD. You should run RMS from here. Then, when you need to run LDD, then load it through their shortcut.
We have complained numerous times to Autodesk about this arrangement, and have not yet gotten a satisfactory response from them.
If you have any additional questions or need any further information, please contact me again.
Sincerely,
Chris E. Maeder, M.S.
