Fountain construction

Hi i want to build small fouritain what will act like decoration on my table ...
I have tried 2 times but .. no result

1. I tried to use hypodermic syringe and small engine
2- I tried to build small compressor but this but ye ...no result

So if u have some ideal how i can build 1 .. let me know

ifu want i can add some pics about my 2 tries ...

And things what i have
-Small engine (about 30 watts)
-Glass-cloth and but i ddont have glue ...

And i dunno about this much .. im still at school :::=(

So bad so sad !

please tell me what u think abut my "project" and maybe u got idea how ull do it .. it wil help me much
