Sub-Basins/image alignment

We are experiencing problems with either the image or the sub-basins moving without warning and without a command being given. For example: we have both the image and the sub-basin drawn in the drawing and then we will need to zoom or pan across the drawing and when we do that the alignment between both the image and the sub-basin gets off. One of the two are moving without wanting them to. Any help?

Re: Sub-Basins/image alignment

This was a known bug for the Dec 20, 2006 version.

This has been fixed some time ago. Please download the latest version of StormNET from here. You can install directly on top of your installed version of StormNET.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Re: Sub-Basins/image alignment

Chris,

We just purchased the software in June of 2007. Are you telling me that they did not give us the most up to date software that was available. This could possibly explain why neither of the manuals (stormnet or rivercad) match the programs that we received.

Re: Sub-Basins/image alignment

Justin:

We are just about to release a major update to StormNET. You can download this new version from the previous link.

Similarly, we are just about to release a major update to RiverCAD. You can download this new version from our RiverCAD download web page at:
http://www.bossintl.com/products/dow...iverCAD.html#0

The user manual for both products is a bit behind, basically because there are so many new capabilities that have been added to the products which has slowed down the documentation process. However, if you have any difficulty with the software, please call our technical support staff at 800-488-4775, and our engineers (myself included) will be glad to assist you.

Sincerely,
