Lift Station Modeling

How do I model a storm drain lift station? Currently, my model is setup as a Manhole, linked to a detention pond, and then pump linked to another manhole as outlet. Is this a good method? But after simulation, the outflow hydrograph shows zero flow. Any help is appreciated.
