continuous simulation with SCS-method

I'm wondering if anybody out there has tried doing a season-long continuous simulation analysis using SCS hydrology. I set a model up, put in three months worth of rainfall data, and ran a model. When I looked at the resulting hydrographs generated in my subbasins, the first several rainfall events were lost in the initial abstraction, then the remaining rainfall events appeared to have zero infiltration loss. Knowing how the SCS-method operates, it makes sense that the algorithm is producing this result, but it does not reflect how real season-long hydrology would function. Is there a way to better model a continuous simulation with the SCS method, or do I need to use a different hydrology method? If so, what would be the most appropriate one to use for this application?

Are you using TR-20 as the Subbasin Hydrology Method, or using EPA SWMM as the Subbasin Hydrology Method and the SCS Curve Number as the Infiltration Method?

Since the NRCS (SCS) TR-20 engine that is used in StormNET is not meant for continuous simulation modeling but for event-based modeling, I think that the TR-20 model is not letting the basins dry out between events.

However, if you select "EPA SWMM" as the Subbasin Hydrology Method and select "SCS Curve Number" as the Infiltration Method, your model results should look better.
