EPA SWMM method vs HEC-1/TR-55 hydrology
If i wanted to use Stormnet for a flood study, and theoretically wanted to get it approved by FEMA, does anyone have any experience using the EPA SWMM method and getting it approved. Does FEMA have a preferred hydrological method?
