Peak Flows during analysis are extremely high

The Peak Flows out of some of the subareas are around 100 cfs and they are only about 0.5 acres catchments. I have checked everything that I know to look for and can't find the answer. This is only my second project using this software so I probably don't know all of the in's and out's on where to check for things.

We reviewed your model. The peak inflow for the link "P-3A" was 124.47 cfs, which seems to be your main concern. The connecting nodes to the link "P-3A" are flooded. Since the model is running hydrodynamically, it can take into account flow reversal and back water effects. Changing the model to kinematic wave routing causes the model not to account for backwater effects. In addition, the storage curve for the ponds were not defined correctly. The storage curve was defined in terms of elevation rather than in terms of depth offset from the invert of the pond.

Finally, the rating curve date for the outlets were not defined correctly. The head in the rating curve data should be defined in terms of elevation.
