 Account Executive

We are currently seeking sales professionals with a proven success record to join our sales force. This is a high-tech, high-end account executive sales position. Working PC knowledge is required. Best in the industry sales compensation, 401K, health, dental, vision, life & disability benefits, paid vacation & personal days, and complete training are provided.

Account executive duties include building business through outbound contacts, as well as answering telephone inquiries, managing major accounts, sending and following up on sales materials, and managing regional and national tradeshows.

 Civil and Environmental Engineer

If you have a B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in civil or environmental engineering, you can assist us in technical support, marketing, software sales, software development, technical documentation, software training, quality control, and more.

 Customer Representative

Due to our continued rapid growth, we are currently seeking ambitious, enthusiastic, outgoing individuals to join our inside sales force and help market our advanced computer software products. No prior sales experience is necessary - complete, professional training is provided. Working PC knowledge is required.  Data Entry

We have permanent part-time openings for detail-oriented individuals to perform daily updating of our databases with customer and shipment information, as well as other general data entry assignments. Good typing skills required (40 to 50 wpm). Must be reliable and have own transportation. 

 Graphic Artist

We are currently seeking a talented individual(s) to provide in-house design services. We offer a competitive salary, 401K, health, dental, vision, life & disability benefits, paid vacation & personal days, and an informal yet professional, non-smoking work environment. Pay based upon experience.

Design duties include four-color design work; creation of direct mail pieces; communication with output bureaus and printers regarding film negatives, camera-ready artwork/film, and related services; and maintenance of graphics-related computer files.

 Help Desk Support

We are currently looking for Help Desk Support on a part-time basis. Individuals will work 4 hours a day, 5 days a week with a possible extension of hours. Candidates also must be familiar with the following: Windows NT, Microsoft Exchange, LAN, TCP/IP, FTP, Microsoft Office, networking skills. These positions are also capable of becoming full-time. We encourage college students who are looking for part time employment.

 Office Assistant

We have permanent part-time and full-time opening(s) for detail-oriented self-starters to perform key organizational duties in our fast-paced, professional-yet-informal office atmosphere. Tasks include invoicing, typing (40 to 50 wpm), data entry, multi-line phone answering, filling orders, and general office duties. Bookkeeping and computer experience preferred. Must be reliable, able to work well under pressure, and have own transportation.  Software Development

We have immediate full-time openings for entry level and experienced C++ and Visual Basic programmers in our product development group. Position is responsible for assisting in the development of state-of-the-art software applications. Experience in programming in Microsoft Windows is required.  Technical Support

We are currently seeking talented, ambitious, and enthusiastic individual(s) to provide full-time technical support for our advanced computer software products. Duties include providing computer hardware and software support for our office, as well as providing technical support to our customers. An excellent understanding of IBM PCs, the Internet, and Microsoft Windows is required.

 Technical Writer

We are currently seeking a talented individual(s) to provide part-time in-house technical writing services. For the right candidate, this could equate to a full-time position. Writing duties include the writing (and revision) of user manuals which accompany our computer software products. Ideal candidate should demonstrate a strong technical aptitude, a solid and consistent writing style, and a good working knowledge of Adobe FrameMaker, PageMaker, PhotoShop, and Illustrator.

 Web Development

We are currently seeking a talented, ambitious, and enthusiastic individual to provide part-time maintenance for our internet web site. Duties include design of new web pages, maintenance and upgrading of existing web pages, establishing links to other sites, and maintenance of our FTP site.

Applicants must have good time management skills, be familiar with IBM PCs, and must have comprehensive knowledge of HTML, Java, Active X, Perl, UNIX, ASP, PageMaker, PhotoShop, and Illustrator.
